Pat Tate, Broker Owner
Pat has successfully represented buyers and sellers in the residential market in Austin since 1988.
In 2008, and after 20 years in real estate Pat opened Tate Property specializing in exceptional knowledge and service, showcasing exceptional homes. Pat is well known within the industry for not only giving her best to her clients, but working well with other real estate professionals. It is not unusual for Pat’s buyers and sellers to begin as clients, and continue as life-long friends, as well as repeat clients.
Pat has been involved in many Austin community organizations, including the Junior League of Austin, The Austin Science Guild, Women’s Symphony League, Capital Area Council of Boy Scouts of America, Seton Development Board, Recording for the Blind Board, Hyde Park Baptist Church, The Settlement Club and The Helping Hand Home. She served in a leadership role in many of these organizations and when she launched her real estate career, these relationships served as the core group of her clients and referrals.
She is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA, majoring in accounting. She is a charter member of the Elite 25sm , a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and is a consistent top producer in residential home sales.
Drew Tate, Broker Associate
Drew is a native Austinite who graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in entrepreneurship and real estate and began his real estate career as a commercial appraiser.
Drew's philosophy on business success centers around providing outstanding customer service. Whether a first-time home buyer or an investor seeking income property, his clients can expect the personalized attention that results in a successful and valuable relationship. In addition to residential property sales, Drew enjoys helping his clients locate acreage properties for both recreational and investment purposes.

Diane Little, REALTOR
Diane is a long time Central Austin resident (since 1978), a native Texan, fluent in Spanish, and a graduate of The University of Texas. She and her husband have enjoyed raising their two young boys and their sweet dogs (a large golden doodle and a mini-dachshund) in the Bryker Woods/Tarrytown neighborhood and are woven into the community in many ways.

Janell Foster, ABR, NAR, SRES
Janell has been writing contracts, negotiating and selling Austin property since l986. Her extensive involvement in real estate and in the community gives her a good understanding and feel for Austin's personality and for the neighborhoods. She has watched her city grow from a quiet town of 150,000 to a booming metropolis of well over a million. Some of her community experience includes board membership in the Junior League of Austin, the Paramount Theatre, St. David’s Community Foundation, Westlake Community Advisory Board and Westlake High School Guidance Committee. She has been involved in fund raising for the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, the Junior League of Austin and the Paramount Theatre among other organizations.
Janell and her husband, Tom, are life-long Austin residents, attending S.F. Austin High School and the University of Texas. In addition to her family and friends, her passions include cooking, reading, attending classes at UT, handwork and Mahjongg.
Margaret Borth, REALTOR

Maryann Pyle, ABR, GRI, SRS, EB, CLHMS
As a licensed Realtor and a native Austinite, Maryann understands the lay of her land and the needs of her clients. She has followed Austin’s expansive growth, keeping an active watch on new developments as well as being well-versed in the central area’s older neighborhoods. By carefully analyzing her clients’ preferences, Maryann is able to present them with the most suitable property options, allowing them to make informed real-estate choices.
Maryann grew up in central Austin and graduated from Casis Elementary, O. Henry Middle School and Austin High School before getting her BA from Texas Christian University. She has owned two successful businesses as well as a practicing speech pathologist and teacher of the hearing impaired.
Maryann maintains a strong commitment to Austin through her years of involvement in numerous community organizations including Meals on Wheels, Faith in Action, Hospice, Rotary International, Junior League of Austin, Austin Lyric Opera Guild and Good Shepherd Episcopal Church community outreach programs.

Sandy Perwein, REALTOR
Sandy is as licensed REALTOR® as well as an experienced and professional Interior Designer. She is a strong believer that Real Estate and Interior Design go hand and hand because you’re not just selling or buying a piece of property but a home. When a client is looking for a new home, Sandy’s background and expertise in Interior Design can help her clients see a vision in potential homes that they might not have seen otherwise. This expertise is also valuable when a client is selling their home because she can help teach them what they can do to get top dollar. Her Interior Design experience is in highend luxury residential and she has worked with several builders and designers in Texas. Her design specialty is in new construction and remodels. She is very detail oriented and listens closely to clients. This has won her the “Best of Houzz 2016” award for customer service.
Sandy is a native Austinite and grew up in NW Hills. She got her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and Art from UT. After obtaining her degree from UT, Sandy moved to Los Angeles, CA and worked as an actress in the film industry for several years. She still take small acting roles in her free time. Sandy has also traveled the world extensively and has lived in several different countries immersing herself into different cultures and different lifestyles. She’s even taught English to the Japanese. Sandy is trained as an artist and also as a faux finisher. So she is up to date on all the latest trends.
Sandy knows and understands that life is busy and she’s there to help her clients will all their needs before, during, and after the home buying/selling process.
Nikki Tate, REALTOR
Nikki is originally from Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Avila College with a BS in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources. Nikki began her real estate career after spending 7 years in the Human Resource field. Nikki enjoys helping her clients locate properties in the Southwest Austin area.
Nikki is currently President of Legend Oaks II HOA. Nikki and her husband, Herbert, have two daughters, Emily and Anna. She enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors with her family.
Paula Quinn, REALTOR
Paula loves the real estate business, helping people find just the right house and helping market homes for sale. She has been in this business for well over ten years and has watched the trends in houses, financing, and the explosive growth of Austin.
Paula graduated from UT and later received her M.A. in counseling psychology, and then her law degree. She is still a licensed attorney. These other pursuits have enhanced her knowledge and expertise in her practice of real estate.
Paula and her family moved to Austin in 1995. Her sons attended Casis, O’Henry and Austin High, her daughter St. Michael’s Academy. She is a member of Good Shepherd Episcopal church, the Helping Hands Home and the great “Sunday Night Book Club”.
